Passport Photos

Passports are now required when Americans return from other countries including Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda. When applying for a passport you will have to fill out form DS-11: Application for a U.S. Passport. You may fill out this form online and print out a completed form or just print out a blank form and fill it out later.

Steps to Submitting A U.S. Passport Application in Person:

1 - Provide tow Passport Photos

2 - Pay application Fee

3 - Submit a Photocopy of the Identification Document Presented (Step 3 above)

4 - Present Identification

5 - Submit Evidence of U.S. Citizenship

6 - Complete and Submit form DS-11: Application for a U.S. Passport. Find at www.travel.state.gov

Fairbanks Fast Foto Passport Photo Services

No scheduling and no waiting for Passport Photos. A Pair of Photos is $10.50.

For those needing Passport photos from other countries a pair of photos is $15.00

Applications for the Fairbanks area are only accepted at the Downtown Post office
